How much time will this take each week?

Plan for 2 - 4 focused hours/week outside of the live call. If you want predictable profit, you need consistent build time. This is not “watch and wish.” This is "take action". We recommend blocking a few extra hours after the call if you can, so you can stay focused when things are fresh in your mind.

Do I need a big audience?

Nope. You just need a business idea and vision. This Sprint helps you define and map out the systems first, then grow it with a greater sense of clarity, purpose, and refined strategy.

Is this just for Kajabi users?

Not at all. This is not platform training. Although we use and recommend Kajabi, you don't even need a platform yet to benefit from this Sprint. Platforms are tools. Your Compass Blueprint is the guide that will help you visualize and maximize the client experience.

What if I’m still refining my offer?

Perfect. We build/refine your offer early in the Sprint so the journey map is anchored to something you are aligned with and confident moving forward with the other exercises in the process. 

What if I’m already making money but it’s inconsistent?

From what we've seen implementing these strategies with existing clients, often those who are already making money...just not consistently, see the biggest breakthroughs with this process.  We’re plugging the leaks and building predictability.
